Sightseeing Tours

Special tours have been arranged exclusively for the Delegates and Accompanying persons. All tours will leave from the Congress Centre (Entrance No. 10). Booking in advance is recommended, on-site availability cannot be guaranteed.

How to Register for Tours

The Online Form for selection and payment of sightseeing tours is accessible from your User info page.

  • To get to the User info page log in by clicking the Login button in the menu on the left.
  • If you are already logged in, click on the User info button in the menu on the left.

Note: If you have not yet a password, register first by clicking the Registration button in the menu on the left.

Besides both mentioned regular tours our touroperator TOURS will be providing you with many intersting tours in and outside.

Departures will be scheduled for every day during the conference – please visit the desk of Tours near the Registration Desk.

Please note: A minimum number of participants is 15. The deadline for application is May 31, 2013. Congress Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the tour for which a minimum number of participants have not registered. In this case another tour will be offered or a refund will be paid after the congress.

Cancellation Conditions

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about any cancellation. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions will apply:

Cancellations received by May 31 , 2013 - full refund less 20% administrative charge applies

Cancellations received from June 1, 2013 - no refund
